Priya Anand  born as  Priya Bharadwaj Anand  on 17 September 1986 .Priya Anand Indian models and actress who appeared in Tamil Malayalam Hindi Telugu and Kannada films .She is famous for her films Leader, 180, Fukrey , Ezra, Orange, Adithya Varma and many more.

After completing her higher studies in US she started her career in modelling in 2008 before making acting debut in the film Vaamanan in 2009. Later her telugu debut in Leader movie.

Priya Anand Was born in Chennai Tamil Nadu she was the only child to Tamil father named Bharadwaj and half Telugu half Marathi mother named Radha. She was born and bought up in Chennai and Hyderabad. Besides native language she also speaks Hindi, English, Bengali, Marathi, Spanish. Her family moved to USA around 19 years back.

She was having a dream of getting into the film industry and working on technical field of filmmaking but she never thought of becoming an actor. She completed higher studies from US communications and journalism at Suny albany. In year 2008 return to India and went into modelling in different television advertisements like Nutrine Maha Lacto ,Prince Jewellery and Cadbury Dairy Milk.

She signed her firat debut to make her acting in Tamil film Pugaippadam but due to delay in the release her first release was action-thriller movie vaamanan which was directed by Ahmed.

In year 2010 she was about to release three movies in such a short time the first on new year 2010, it was college life based drama movie Pugaippadam this movie was having mixed reviews and was commercially successful. Next movie was political drama leader first telugu movie  by AVM production Sekhar kammula which was also a critical success movie. Rama Rama Krishna Krishna 2010 release movie.

In year 2011 she started her next movie 180 which was Tamil Telugu project by ad filmmaker Jayendra, And in 2011 she also filmed for her debut Hindi film English Vinglish produced by R balki in which she shared screen with Sridevi.
